Located in the French Alps, less than a 5-minute drive from Megève, the village of Combloux is a chic and charming ski resort. Offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, Combloux is rightly nicknamed ‘the Pearl of Mont Blanc’ and is known for its stunning views of Mont Blanc and its magnificent colourful sunsets. Its access to the Évasion Mont Blanc and Portes du Mont Blanc ski areas makes it an ideal destination for a ski holiday. It also offers a host of other outdoor activities, including sledding on specially prepared runs, snowshoeing through fantastic snow-covered landscapes, and miles of well-maintained cross-country ski trails. In summer, the resort of Combloux is ideal for nature lovers, thanks to its many hiking and mountain-biking trails and its famous ecological lake for cooling down with a view of Mont Blanc. Luxury chalets are increasingly being rented out in Combloux, and the construction of some very fine chalets in recent years bears witness to a real property boom, with a blend of luxury chalets and more authentic properties. The bonus: cheaper chalet rentals compared to Megève chalet rentals but with all the facilities of the nearby resort.

The great advantage of a chalet rental in Combloux is that the prices are much lower than those in Megève, even though they are only a 5- or 10-minute drive from the centre of the famous luxury resort. You can rent a 5 to 8-bedroom chalet with all the comforts of the chalets in Megève (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, home cinema, wine cellar, etc.), at a lower price and with majestic views of Mont Blanc and the Chamonix mountain range. The Combloux chalets also have spacious accommodation ranging from around 400 to 800m2, divided over several floors with lift access. Their contemporary decor and style are a firm favourite with our rental customers.

Its living room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen is perfect for family holidays at just a few minutes walk from the village centre. Its views of Mont Blanc are spectacular, and the team is attentive to every detail. Like most of our chalets in Megève, Chalet Panorama can be rented on a self-catered or fully serviced basis.

Chalet Amadeus is a perfect example of a spacious, contemporary ski chalet with very attractive rental prices that are much lower than some chalets of the same size and capacity located in the communes of Megève or Demi Quartier. Less luxurious than Chalet Panorama, it has 5 beautiful bedrooms and sleeps 10 to 12 guests, plus a fantastic, light-filled, open-plan living area with breathtaking views over the valley and the Aravis mountains. It also has a sauna for relaxing after skiing and is located just a few minutes from the slopes of the Princesse area of Megève.
